This diamond tool polishing machine is used to process rake face and flank face of single crystal diamond tool with a ultrahigh precision. Using an air bearing as its main bearing enable to process a work with ultrahigh precision when it rotates at a high revolution speed.
Efficient process can be done using the special fluctuation device.
Diamond tool re-polishing using this machine dosen't require much skill and anyone can process with a bit of training and achieve the ultrahigh precision polishing.
And you can grinding and polishing on the machine using a correction system / facing function. You can continue any process without detaching of scaife after correcting, so ultrahigh precision polishing will ne done.

The defference from DTP-300AX is that DTP-3A doesn't have correction system on the machine, and insted of it, DTP-3A can be mounted four spindles and suitable for factory production.
DTP-3A can be attached the corrected scaife by DTP-300AX, so we suggest to use DTP-3A together with DTP-300AX.
